Employee Benefits Host Panel at Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Conference

On 30th November, Employee Benefits Isle of Man hosted a fascinating panel at the Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Conference 2023 hosted by the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Zurich.

Our panel featured Martin Hall, Rebecca Netten, and Natasha Cochrane who drew on experiences from within their own organisations and from working with corporate clients to discuss 'Wellbeing in the Workplace'.

The key takeaways from the panel were:

• Culture and tone from the top is vital in developing a positive health & wellbeing culture in an organisation.
• Frameworks & financial support are very important but empathy at an individual level is equally so.
• So much has been achieved in the post-pandemic world but this an area that will continue to develop as organisations adapt, review and refine.
